Dr Michael Hagen has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. Amongst others, he held customer facing consulting positions at ComputaCenter, BMC, and Nexthink. For more than one decade he has been advising customers on automation and the value add that could be gained. Due to his PhD background, artificial intelligence is a natural progression of automation. Dr Hagen comes along on his journey from classical task-related automation to a new, AI-related approach for Robotic Process Automation - Connected RPA by Blue Prism.
